In an exciting collaboration between friends, Aiayu and CRD Studio come together to launch a limited-edition collection of lampshades made for Cathrine’s sculptural lamps.

About the collaboration
Through this collaboration, we bring new life to our Aiayu fabric demonstrating a new way of upcycling and elevating existing materials. Since we are very selective about where our materials come from and how they are grown and processed, we recognize their value and inherent qualities. Our wish is to use every meter of leftover fabric to avoid any waste.
Each lampshade is entirely unique and made from leftover Aiayu fabric, demonstrating a new way of upcycling and elevating existing materials. The handmade ceramic lamps are glazed and modeled by Cathrine Raben Davidsen at her ceramic studio in Copenhagen, combining fine art and functionality into one-of-a-kind pieces.
