All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the Site are in DKK or Euros and are inclusive 25% VAT unless you have selected an alternative country outside the European Union where VAT is not chargeable. Then the price is shown without VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside EU are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and will be charged by aiayu for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company such as UPS.
Customers purchasing within EU are served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.

Therefor we here give you a brief overview on orders and shipment on our web shop during Christmas.
- Want to make sure your present is under the tree the 24th? Then order before the 20th of December at 12 pm.
- Delivery 1-3 weekdays.
- We offer free giftwrapping – just tick off the giftwrap box at checkout
- You can return your Christmas present until the 15th of January 2018
Insurance and delivery
AIAYU ApS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB and American Express.
The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
